Purchases: 18 or older
To buy coins or VIP:
- You declare that you are 18 or older at checkout (self-declaration), or
- You have authorization from a legal guardian, who agrees to the purchase and takes responsibility for it. Guardian consent text: "I declare that I am the legal guardian of the person who uses this account, I authorize purchases and I accept the Terms of Use and the Refund Policy." [OWNER: forma de registrar (checkbox + e-mail do responsável?)]
We keep the declaration and the version of the text that was accepted. If we find a purchase made by a minor without authorization, the guardian can ask for a full refund.
Tips for guardians
Turn on two-step verification and contact support to limit purchases or delete the account. We never sell power advantages; even so, talk about spending.
