1. Who we are and what this is
Draveria74 is an online game server. These terms explain the rules for using the site, the launcher, the game and the store. By creating an account you say that you have read and accept these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, the RMT Rules and the age rating (Age). We keep a record of which version you accepted and when.

2. Your account
- One person looks after each account. You are responsible for everything that happens in it.
- Use a valid e-mail. Turn on two-step verification (2FA): it is required for the Bazaar, the Exchange, transfers and the partner dashboard.
- Do not share your password, recovery code or session. We never ask for your password in chat, on Discord or by e-mail. Be suspicious of anyone who does.
- You may have more than one account, but accounts linked by the same device or network and used to get around limits, trade items among themselves or abuse promotions may be treated as one.
- Staff accounts do not take part in markets or transfers.
- You can ask to delete your account at any time under Account > Privacy (see the Privacy Policy). You have 14 days to change your mind.
3. Official markets, and only those
Trading coins, gold, items or characters for real money is allowed only in the official systems (Exchange, Bazaar and Item Market), which have fees, records and protection. See the full text in RMT Rules. Summary of rule 7:
Any trade of coins, gold, items or characters for real money outside the official Exchange/Bazaar results in a permanent ban. The official systems are the only safe way.
Coins are never paid out to the player in cash (no withdrawals).
4. Conduct
Not allowed: cheating, using bots or programs that automate the game, exploiting bugs (report them; the bug bounty program applies), harassment, hate speech, doxxing, scams, impersonating the team, selling or advertising accounts/items outside the official markets. Penalties range from a warning and muting to a ban. We always give the reason and you can ask for human review.
5. Chat, moderation and AI
Public chat in the game, on Discord and on the site is analyzed automatically (with AI support) to detect spam, scams and RMT ads. Private messages inside the game are not read; only the reported part is analyzed when someone files a report. AI actions are short and reversible; long penalties always go through a person. See Assistant (AI).
6. Purchases, coins and VIP
Coins and VIP are bought with real money through the methods shown at checkout. Prices appear in your currency (BRL, USD or EUR) with taxes where applicable. Refunds follow the Refund Policy. Purchases require age 18+ or guardian authorization (Age). Virtual items are a license to use them inside the game, not ownership outside it.
7. No-Wipe commitment
We publish the "No-Wipe Contract": characters' progress will not be reset. The page /no-wipe is the official version and counts as the server's commitment. Closing the service is covered in section 10.
8. Staff code of conduct (summary)
The team has rules too, published so you can hold us to them:
- No GM items or coins for anyone (the system prevents and logs it; the count is public).
- Nobody plays on a staff account.
- No sharing of player data.
- Every action is justified and logged.
- Conflicts of interest are declared.
- Violation = removal and a public note. You can ask for human review of any action by the team or the AI.
9. Content, ownership and creators
The game, the art and the code belong to Draveria74 or are licensed to it. You keep the rights to what you create (videos, texts) and you give us a license to show them on the site and official channels when you send them to us. Partner content creators also accept the Creator Agreement.
10. Availability, changes and shutdown
We do our best to keep the server up, without guaranteeing 100%. We may change the game to balance it (the store does not sell power advantages). If we announce the end of the service, we will give at least [OWNER: prazo, ex. 90 dias] notice and handle coin and VIP balances as the law requires.
11. Limitation of liability and governing law
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses. Consumer rights that the law does not allow to be limited remain in force. Governing law and jurisdiction: [OWNER: Brasil, comarca de ...; consumidores da UE mantêm seus foros].
12. Changes to these terms
Relevant changes are announced by e-mail or at login [OWNER: 15 dias] in advance, with the new version to accept.
