1. Parties and purpose
Between [OWNER: razão social do Draveria74] and you (creator/streamer). This agreement governs the Creator Program (Affiliate, Partner and Elite tiers): creator code, display of streams, Drops and payouts.
2. Content
- You keep the rights to your content; you give us a non-exclusive license to show excerpts, clips and your name/avatar on the site, Discord and official social channels, during the agreement and for [OWNER: prazo] afterward for material already published.
- No illegal, discriminatory or sexually explicit content, and nothing that exposes third parties' data. Respect the 12+ rating in streams where the game is shown.
- Third-party rights (music, images) are your responsibility.
3. Advertising disclosure (#ad / #partnership)
You must clearly state the commercial relationship whenever you promote Draveria74 or use your code: "#ad" or "#publi/#parceria" (BR: CONAR and CDC; EU/US: advertising rules and FTC), visibly, in your audience's language, spoken and written in videos/streams. Do not make misleading claims about earnings, power advantages (there are none) or returns.
4. RMT ban
Promoting, brokering, selling or buying coins, gold, items or characters for real money outside the official Exchange/Bazaar is forbidden (RMT Rules). Violations lead to the end of the agreement, loss of pending amounts and a ban.
5. Billing, payouts and taxes

- Monthly payout by [OWNER: PIX/PayPal/outros], minimum of [OWNER: valor], currency [OWNER].
- Taxes: you are responsible for your own taxes; we may withhold what the law requires. Tax documents (invoice/receipt, form W-8/W-9 if applicable) are required for payment.
- Fraud (fake views, bots, using your own code) cancels amounts and may end the agreement.
- Payout data and documents are stored encrypted for the tax retention period (see the Privacy Policy).
6. Code and data
Your creator code gives the player a discount and gives the creator a share; you see aggregated statistics, without buyers' personal data.
7. Term and termination
Indefinite term. Either party can end it with [OWNER: 15 dias] notice. We end it immediately in case of a serious breach (RMT, fraud, prohibited content, failure to disclose #ad). Amounts already owed and not fraudulent are paid in the next cycle. The clauses on disclosure, confidentiality and taxes survive.
