Any trade of coins, gold, items or characters for real money outside the official Exchange or Bazaar results in a permanent ban. The official systems are the only safe way.
What this means
- Allowed: buying coins in the store; swapping coins for gold on the Exchange; selling a character on the official Bazaar; selling items on the Item Market. All with a fee, a record and protection.
- Not allowed: selling or buying gold, coins, items, accounts or characters for PIX, PayPal, crypto, card or any real value outside the official systems; advertising this in the game, on Discord or on the site; acting as a middleman; "donating" as a disguise for payment.
- Why: scams and account theft happen outside the official channels. Here you have escrow, history and support.
- Withdrawals: coins cannot be withdrawn as money by players.
- Consequences: loss of the coins/items involved, a permanent ban and, in cases of fraud, a report to the authorities.
- Question or report: use /report or support. You can ask for human review of any penalty.
